Technology and digital strategist with 8+ years of experience at the intersection of tech, strategy and execution across APAC, with deep expertise in financial services.

As an Engagement Manager in Oliver Wyman’s Digital & AI practice, I lead cross-functional teams of deployed engineers and consultants to help clients translate complex business problems into tech-enabled solutions. My work spans AI product and solution development, digital venture building, and large-scale transformation - from design, technical implementation and adoption.

A computer scientist by training and former software engineer, I bring a combination of technical, strategic and commercial depth. I am particularly interested in turning emerging tech & AI into practical, scalable solutions that create measurable impact.

  1. 2019 – Present

    Senior Engagement Manager, Digital & AI Practice

    Oliver Wyman · Singapore, APAC

    Led design, build and launch of digital & AI products for Financial Services & Retail clients across APAC. Most recently led a cross-functional team of 50+ engineers and consultants to launch a digital lending venture from scratch in accelerated timeframe of ~8 months. Led customer adoption, change management and value realisation programs in large enterprises, working closely with C-suite sponsors to define targets and track impact metrics for technology programs. Financial services domain depth – with prior work in lending origination and servicing, insurance and bancassurance, and digital banking.

    Deployment Lead - owned the planning and delivery roadmap for a 0-to-1 AI-enabled digital lending venture, taking the product from concept to launch in ~8 months - sequencing 5 interdependent agile squads (origination, loan management, servicing, insurance, reporting) across 15+ consultants and 30+ data and software engineers, managing dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely launch to market

    Delivery Lead - led the end-to-end development of credit risk model, from use case identification and feasibility validation through to production deployment and iteration, directing 6+ data scientists and consultants, improving overall accuracy by up to ~30%

Beyond the work

When I'm not focused on my professional projects, you can usually find me exploring my creative side through aquascaping and fishkeeping. Designing and maintaining these miniature underwater ecosystems requires a unique blend of patience, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.

I am also bilingual and speak Indonesian, which keeps me connected to different cultures and perspectives. Whether I'm diving into a new creative hobby or chatting with a global community, I love finding inspiration in unexpected places.
